I am prolific when it comes to words! It is not so much so that I intend to be so. I just am. I love having good discussions with people, and sometimes those people with which one can have good conversations with are far away. Or the act of writing enobles an otherwise normal communication since people may be more honest and forthwright.

So I love getting email and snail-mail. I love postal mail period, email can be a little dangerous since I sometimes get obsessive about checking it and firing replies off immediately. I end up writing 12k message, or having a conversation with someone throughout the day, and it is just too much for my hands.

I can get a little crazy with postal mail too. During a previous relationship M. and I exchanged literally hundreds of letters over the course of 3 years (when we weren't together during the summers). Recently I went crazy and wrote a 25 page letter (all single spaced, mostly typed, maybe 40% written) to a different M. Quite a core dump, and I had to preface it with a warning.
