1. Goatee trademarks must be used only to describe or reference the goatee.net site, diaries, zines, writings, rants, and media productions. The owner of Goatee marks must be clearly identified as "NrrrdBoy". °For example, "goatee.net is a trademark of NrrrdBoy"
2. Marks may not be used to indicate any kind of endorsement by goatee.net or "NrrrdBoy".
3. "NrrrdBoy" will audit the use of the Goatee trademarks to determine compliance with these terms and conditions.
4. IN NO EVENT SHALL "NrrrdBoy" BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF GOATEE TRADEMARKS, INCLUDING ECONOMIC DAMAGES AND LOST PROFITS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER "NrrrdBoy" SHALL BE ADVISED, SHALL HAVE OTHER REASON TO KNOW, OR IN FACT SHALL KNOW OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE FOREGOING.
